Overview

Ducks are not chickens, and their housing shouldn't pretend otherwise. LuckyBird duck coops are designed around waterfowl behavior — moisture management, ground-level access, and easy clean-out — with the same predator-resistant construction as every build.

A new line for LuckyBird — photography shown is representational. Your build will be documented and shared here once complete.

How much does the Duck Coops cost, and what affects final pricing?

Every Duck Coops is priced per build. Final pricing depends on size, materials, site access, and finishes — request a consultation and we'll quote it exactly.

How many ducks does it hold?

Duck coops are designed around your flock — tell us your numbers and species and we'll size the housing, bedding, and drainage accordingly.

What door options are available?

Every coop includes a latched manual door. You can upgrade to the Run-Chicken T50 automatic door — app-controlled with light-sensor automation — installed with your build.

How does delivery and installation work, and what's the service area?

White-glove delivery and full on-site installation by our own team are included with every build. We're based in Franktown and serve Douglas County and the broader Front Range — including Castle Rock, Parker, Elizabeth, Kiowa, Conifer, and the Denver metro area.

How long does it take from order to delivery?

Every structure is built to order in our Franktown shop. Bill confirms your build slot and timeline when you request a consultation — most projects are scheduled within a few weeks of booking.

Is predator-resistance included, or an upgrade?

Included. 1/2" hardware cloth, a predator apron, reinforced framing, and latched doors are standard on every LuckyBird structure — engineered for Colorado's foxes, raccoons, coyotes, and bears.
