Questions

A few things worth knowing.

What sizes are available?

Three standard sizes: 4'×8', 6'×10', and 8'×12'. Custom sizes are quoted on request — we can come out to measure and help lay the run out on site.

How much does the Chicken Runs cost, and what affects final pricing?

The Chicken Runs starts at $850. Final pricing depends on size, site access, paint, and upgrades like an automatic door or an added run — always confirmed in writing before we build.

Does the run include a chicken coop?

No — this is the run only. It's built to attach to any LuckyBird coop, or custom-fit to a coop you already own.

How does delivery and installation work, and what's the service area?

White-glove delivery and full on-site installation by our own team are included with every build. We're based in Franktown and serve Douglas County and the broader Front Range — including Castle Rock, Parker, Elizabeth, Kiowa, Conifer, and the Denver metro area.

How long does it take from order to delivery?

Every structure is built to order in our Franktown shop. Bill confirms your build slot and timeline when you request a consultation — most projects are scheduled within a few weeks of booking.

Is predator-resistance included, or an upgrade?

Included. 1/2" hardware cloth, a predator apron, reinforced framing, and latched doors are standard on every LuckyBird structure — engineered for Colorado's foxes, raccoons, coyotes, and bears.

Can I choose my own paint color?

Yes — a custom paint color is included with every build. Many clients match their home or existing outbuildings.
